SMS Messaging Policy

This SMS Messaging Policy describes how AstridAgent AI LLC and its products (including ZiggyBook) use SMS text messaging to communicate with end users on behalf of the businesses that use our platform.

1. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and sending a text message to a business powered by AstridAgent AI / ZiggyBook, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Automated reminders are typically limited to 1–2 messages per scheduled appointment. Most conversations are 0–5 messages total per booking.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS from that business’s number through ZiggyBook. To resume messages later, text START.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. AstridAgent AI does not charge end users for receiving SMS messages; any message or data charges come from your mobile carrier under your existing phone plan.

6. Carriers

Messages are sent via major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and message data are handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are treated separately and never shared — they are excluded from any data-sharing categories and will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. This carve-out applies to the entire CTIA category of “text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.”
