Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Program name: ZiggyBook, operated by AstridAgent AI LLC.
Program description: ZiggyBook sends booking confirmations, schedule changes, appointment reminders, quote responses, and post-service follow-ups on behalf of the small service business you texted. Messages are exclusively transactional and conversational — no promotional content or marketing.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by how often you interact with the business — typically 0–5 messages per appointment.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. AstridAgent does not charge end users for receiving SMS messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your existing phone plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from that business’s number through ZiggyBook.

Certain features require payment. All fees are described on our website or in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change fees upon reasonable notice.
Our services, including software, content, design, and documentation, are owned by AstridAgent AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you provide through our services.
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, content, and documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRIDAGENT AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
